1. Who is responsible
Regionwise operates regionwise.me. The controller's full legal name and business address are awaiting confirmation. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@regionwise.me.
2. Information you provide
When you use our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, message, and organization if you choose to provide it. Your submission is recorded with a date and time. Providing this information is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to submit a contact form. Name, email and message are needed to submit the form and address your enquiry. Organization is optional. You may instead contact us by email. Please avoid sensitive information or confidential information about others unless necessary for your enquiry and you are entitled to share it.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to receive and respond to your enquiry, communicate about the services you requested, and keep an appropriate record of that correspondence. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing.
4. Storage and service providers
Contact submissions are saved in Lovable Cloud and sent through our connected Google Workspace account to info@regionwise.me. Copies may exist in the website's records and our Google Workspace mailbox, including the sending account's Sent folder. We use Lovable's hosting, database and email-connection services, Google Workspace and their relevant service providers for this process. Authorized personnel may access information as needed for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These providers may process information outside Israel; relevant processing locations and transfer safeguards remain subject to review.
5. Browser storage and external services
The website stores language and accessibility preferences in your browser. Administrator sign-in also uses browser storage for session information. Hosting and service providers may process technical connection information and operational logs to deliver and secure their services. The website loads fonts from Google. Opening a WhatsApp link or playing embedded third-party media may share technical information with the relevant provider, whose privacy policy applies. External links lead to services we do not control.
6. How long information is kept
A retention period or objective retention criteria for enquiries and correspondence have not yet been approved. Retention arrangements need to cover website records, mailbox copies and provider backups, including applicable legal obligations. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies, which are subject to provider arrangements.
7. Security
Access to the website's contact records is restricted through access permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and contact
Subject to Israeli law and its exceptions, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database and request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. This is not an unconditional right to erase every record. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Send requests to info@regionwise.me and describe what you are requesting. We may ask for proportionate identification to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Please do not send identity documents in your initial email. Requests are handled under the applicable legal requirements.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to our practices or the law. The date of the latest revision is shown above.
